Fort Edward tops Hoosick Falls Bowling, takes lead in division

Post Star: HOOSICK FALLSĀ – In a battle of divison leaders, Fort Edward topped Hoosick Falls 3-1 in an Adirondack League bowling match at Barbecue Lanes on Tuesday.

Demetrick Rawlins’ 278 high game and 711 series led the Flying Forts, who lead the Northern Division with a 51-1 record. Ian Rose added a 269 high game and 663 series. Brian McCarty had a 633 series.

Fort Edward edged the Panthers by just 29 total pins.

Bryan Callahan rolled a 691 series to pace Southern Division-leading Hoosick Falls (47-5). Joe Wolfrum had the team’s high game with a 256. He finished with a 667 series.
