HOOSICK FALLS — Top-seeded Hoosick Falls outscored 16th-seeded Cambridge 48-14 in the second and fourth quarters to cruise to the win.
Matt Gormley’s 17 points led four Panthers in double figures. He also grabbed eight rebounds. Tanner Williams and Alex Lilac each had 13, with Lilac adding seven assists. Randy Tutunjian scored 10 points.
Will Bromirski led Cambridge with 11 points, including three 3-pointers. Shaeden Mosso scored 10.
Hoosick Falls plays Rensselaer in the quarterfinals at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Hudson Valley Community College.
