From the time I was 15 years old, I had known I wanted to become a school counselor. Having my future career goal in mind, I went to Western New England University for a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Work. During my time there, I was on the Cheerleading Team for Basketball and Football as well as Peer Advisor for incoming freshmen students. After graduating from WNE, I attended The Sage Graduate School where I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Professional School Counseling.
I have enjoyed traveling throughout the United States as well as European countries during college. During my time in my undergraduate career, I had the opportunity to study abroad and live in Italy where I also traveled to Spain, Ireland, and Greece. I hope to go back to Europe in the next few years to explore other countries. I also enjoy being outdoors, crafting, cooking and shopping regularly! My favorite day of the week is FRIDAY because I enjoy having a relaxing movie night with my husband, and pets! Who doesn’t love take out pizza on the couch in your pajamas?!
Here at Hoosick Falls, I co-advise the class of 2021 with Mrs. Nelson, and advise the PRISM and Advocates of Compassion clubs! If you are interested in joining, please feel free to stop down as we always enjoy new members!
