Monday, June 12, 2017 was the last day of regular classes for the 2016-17 school year. Members of the Class of 2017 spent time signing yearbooks and grilling for the traditional senior picnic. At the end of the school day, the senior class put on their caps and gowns to be lead by the Pep Band on a sendoff parade.
The seniors marched through the elementary school and then the high school, before heading outside for a group photo.
After dismissal, the students partook in another long-standing Hoosick Falls tradition – the tractor parade. Lead by some tractors, the seniors drive through town honking their car horns and cheering to celebrate their final dismissal from high school.
