(The preorder site closes 48 hours after the last picture day.) Post picture day ordering is available once the proof sheet is emailed to your school's preferred email or sent to the school. These orders include an additional shipping fee and are mailed directly to your home address.

Fourth-grade students in Ms. Kelli Donohue's class got creative last week! Students practiced teamwork and worked together to build structures out of toothpicks, spaghetti sticks, and marshmallows! Thanks for sharing, Ms. Donohue!

Important Announcement 9/19/25: School buses may be delayed in Buskirk, White Creek and North Hoosick this morning due to a fire. All students will be picked up, but certain buses have been rerouted to avoid the area. Thank you.

Regional College Fair at HVCC!! CASDA and the Capital District Counseling Association (CDCA) are inviting students and their families to their Fall 2025 Regional College Fair at Hudson Valley Community College! This year's fair will be held next Monday, September 15, from 6-8 p.m. Admission is free, and registration is not required.

The Capital Region Offices of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Congressman Paul Tonko will be holding a 2025 Service Academy Information Night at SUNY Albany ETEC on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 from 6:00-8:00PM, with doors opening at 5:30PM.

This event will highlight unique opportunities available through the nation’s five service academies, as well as a local Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program and a Capital Region institution, which is designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C) and expected to have offerings through the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) Cyber Service Academy Program.

In honor and remembrance... never forget.

The HFCS Travel Club is running a fundraiser, and you could win a set of custom cornhole boards!! The boards will be built by our construction students, and the winner will choose a design that our art students will paint. Tickets are $10 each. TWO winners will be selected at the end of October. Cash and checks are accepted (checks payable to HFCS). Your participation helps provide valuable opportunities for our students. Thank you for your support!
