Last month, the Founder & Executive Director of the JCK Foundation, John Tessitore, along with JCK Program Manager, Kevin McMahon, visited with our grade 5-12 students. “Through educational programming, research, and advocacy, the JCK Foundation promotes mental wellness in schools, businesses and communities by opening up conversations, sharing hopeful stories of mental health resilience, and connecting people to mental health resources.” John and Kevin have a special way of connecting with the students, engaging them in thoughtful discussions, and removing stigmas surrounding mental health. HFCS is looking forward to continuing this partnership and plans to schedule future visits from the JCK team.
