Congratulations to all of our underclassmen who received awards this morning, May 28th! We are happy to announce that the total scholarship amount for all students this year was $1,875,000. Thank you to Mrs. Hand, Ms. King, and Mrs. Jelley in the counseling office for all of their hard work making these awards possible.
The junior awards cannot be applied to; however, they are nominated by the counselors based on information shared during junior meetings(such as possible college choices, intended major, GPA, community service, character, etc.) These awards vary and can offer anything from a certificate to partial or full tuition. The counseling office submits names based on both college criteria and the demonstrated interest/achievement of the student.
