🧡 Unity Day! Our school community came together on October 22 to celebrate Unity Day, wearing orange to take a stand against bullying and show that kindness, acceptance, and inclusion matter! Organized by our Be the Change Club, Unity Day is part of National Bullying Prevention Month and is recognized by schools across the country. The message is simple but powerful: everyone deserves to feel safe, welcomed, respected, and included in their school and community. A special thank you to all who participated and to our middle school Be the Change Club Advisors, Mrs. Sacks and Mrs. Grant, for organizing these efforts and helping our students bring this important message to life! (Unity Day was started by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center in October 2011. Learn more here: https://www.pacer.org/bullying/nbpm/unity-day/ )
